We enjoyed this place; everything was great, yet the bathroom was quite small.

Something as a/c missing.

Location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, not too far from an iconic metal bridge. And we were not far from a cafe next door, the town centre and waterfront and the attractions. Their room was clean and complete with beautiful views.

All in all, it is brilliant base for staying in Porto. The apartment has magnificent and beautiful close enough to shops, bars and restaurants, and the airport. Not to mention that it is located so close to everything. Includes separate bedroom.

I got great value for my money at Fontainhas River Residence. The room was tastefully decorated, and the location was perfect - next to the river in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within walking distance of the top attractions. The staff was friendly and provided useful information about the city.

I wish the breakfast option had more variety.

Its location was comfortable, 2 km from an arched bridge. Having kitchen was a huge help.

Disappointing view from the apartment.

The location was excellent, close to train station, cathedral, and city center. Sara was always available. Authentic Portuguese cuisine in the café downstairs. Beautiful architecture and design with plenty of natural light. Well-equipped kitchen and amenities.

Had an amazing Christmas at this place! Loved the spacious apartment and the welcoming hosts were so helpful. Got great tips on local sights and restaurants. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking holiday meals. Plus, the location was ideal - close to all the main attractions and a short walk to the river.

Just a couple of downsides to mention. be prepared for the steep hills in the area, it can be a bit challenging to get around.

We had a great stay at the apartment! the host at Fontainhas River Residence was incredibly friendly and gave us a map with sightseeing tips and restaurant recommendations. the location was beautiful, with a small balcony overlooking the river. We loved the architecture and design of the tall apartment, which allowed plenty of light to come in. the facilities, including the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, were very helpful. And the automatic lock was a convenient feature.

It was a bright and cheerful place to stay, with a quiet atmosphere at night. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.
